Customised Architectural Features

Eliteform manufacture a range of architectural features using the latest CNC controlled machinery and sophisticated software, they include:

1. Bullnose Flashings.

Bullnose flashings can be made from a number of materials including all pre-coated steels, membrane coated steels, stainless steel and aluminium (including pre-coated Aluminium including Stucco Aluminium) with a powder coating facility available using an approved applicator.

Bullnoses can be made both convex and concave with a smooth curve with a diameter of 200mm obtainable in some materials, small diameters can be achieved by pressing the material at close intervals to achieve a smooth curve.

Eliteform manufacture all the accessories for Bullnoses including stopends, bends, butt straps and secret fix systems.

2. Column Casings.

Column casings are formed in much the same way as Bullnose flashings, but are usually made from aluminium (including pre-coated Aluminium and Stucco Aluminium) or from stainless steel.

3. Curved Flashings.

Eliteform can manufacture curved bargeboards, parapets, drips and closure flashings. Again these can be made from all of the materials listed above, but if the flashing is a complex shape it will generally have to be made from aluminium, welded together and finished off by powder coating.
