Cladding Systems

Eliteform have developed a number of cladding systems that can be used in a variety of applications.

1. DOVETAIL PANELS

This panel has a number of applications:

• Fascia and Soffit

This secret fix system is very quick to install in this application with the ability to work from left to right or right to left or if there is a long enough run it can be installed working from the centre off both sides allowing two installers to increase output.

The system can be fitted to a timber or pressed channel frame or directly to a plywood backing.

• Rain screen Cladding

This system also allows for installation on walls both vertically and horizontally, when installed vertically an extra fold is included to stop any moisture that enters the joint making its way into the framing behind instead it drains to the bottom and runs out at the drip flashing.

The system must be installed the correct way up to prevent rain penetrating at the panel joints.

• Internal Cladding

This system can also be used internally on walls and ceilings and can be used in areas where food preparation is necessary using Food safe laminates.

• Materials and Finishes

A wide range of materials and finishes are used including:

1. Plastisol Coated Steel
2. PVDF Coated Steel
3. Mill Finish / Powder Coated Aluminium
4. Stucco Aluminium
5. Foodsafe Laminates
6. Stainless Steel

2. PLANK PROFILES

A number of shapes and profiles can be manufactured for plank profiles that can be used for Fascia, soffit and wall cladding fitted both vertically and horizontally externally and internally.

A number of the common profiles are shown below, however the profiles achievable are almost endless.


3. INTEGRATED PANELS

Eliteform also manufactures panels that can integrate with other cladding or glazing systems, there is no limit to the shape and possibilities that can be manufactured, with most systems made to suit customer requirements.

4. TIMBER EFFECT PANELS

Eliteform offer a new system of cladding in timber effect steel which can be used successfully outdoors as well as indoors.
