Customised Flashing and Gutters

Elite Form manufacture flashings from a wide range of Pre-coated Steels, Plastisol, PVDF and Granite finish.

Other materials used include mill finish Aluminium (including Stucco Aluminium), powder coated aluminium membrane coated steels and stainless steel.

Eliteform can guarantee that their flashings will colour-match all panel and cladding manufacturers colours who are also using Corus steel products and Eliteform have the same Corus Confidex and Compass durability guarantee.

With the above materials and machinery and Eliteforms experienced staff, the demands of high-speed turn around and quality are easily matched.

All flashings are made to fit together by either external/internal fit (one sleeves into the other) or tapered fit (one end of the flashing is wide the other end narrow to allow overlapping) or alternatively Butt Straps are used.

Special processes can also be catered for including:

  • Tapered flashings
  • Notching
  • Punching
  • Curving
  • Rolling to form Bullnoses and Column Casings
  • Insulating where cold bridging is a risk.

Down Pipes  

Eliteform manufacture a range of down pipes in various sizes and materials for all industrial and commercial buildings.
