Approaching on the new Motorway (M1) from either Dublin or Dundalk directions, take the exit 15 for Castlebellingham and Tallanstown which is approximately 8 miles from Dundalk.
Bear left following the signs for Castlebellingham and continue into the village.
In the village, bear left (the road is signposted for Dromiskin) and continue for 0.75 miles, the Eliteform facility is located on the left at the bottom of the hill.
